3TV Silver Apple Award
The Desert Financial Silver Apple Award is an award given to Arizona teachers to recognize their dedication to students, presented in partnership with AZ Family. It is often a surprise to the teacher and includes a trophy and a monetary award, typically $1,000, to use for their classroom. The award was created by the founders of Desert Financial, who were teachers themselves, and is given to educators in the Arizona Family Viewing Area.
